New Applications for Street Trading Licences

New applications for street trading licences are subject to a consultation period during which any interested parties may make representations about the application to the Council.

Current applications for street trading licences are below.

•Requested dates for the event – 29th October 2025 – 30th October 2025.
•Requested trading hours – 09:00am – 21:00pm for BOTH dates.
•Types of goods sold – Food and drink (non-alcoholic).
•Description of vehicles – x5 food traders (x1 unconfirmed). All will be separated by a fire break but within Angel Place.

The confirmed food trucks that will attend the event are as follows.
-Roly Poly eats – This business will provide two food trucks for both days of the event.
-Waffle Company - This business will provide one food trucks for both days of the event.
-Pizza Nostra - This business will provide one food trucks for both days of the event.
